• Within 14 days of purchase, if no guest photos have been uploaded (test uploads by you do not count), you can get a full refund. Email hello@gatheredphotos.com with the order reference.
• If the service does not work as described on this site and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund regardless of date.
• Once guests have uploaded photos, the album has been used and the purchase is final; the album stays online for its full period either way.

Refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase and may also handle refund requests directly.
