Short, because the product is simple.

1. The service

Gathered Photos (“we”) is operated by Divil d.o.o., Slovenia. For a one-time payment the host receives a private online album for one event: a guest link with a QR code through which guests upload photos, a host link to view, moderate and download them, and storage for the period stated below.

2. What is included

• Up to 2,000 photos or 8 GB per album, each photo up to 25 MB, in JPEG, PNG or WebP.
• Uploads open from purchase until 90 days after the event date (or after purchase, whichever is later).
• Storage and download until 12 months after the event date (or after purchase, whichever is later). On that date the album and all its photos are deleted permanently. Reminders are emailed 30 and 7 days before to the address used at checkout.
• A ZIP download of the original files, as often as needed while the album exists.

3. Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record under its Managed Payments programme: Stripe issues the receipt, calculates and remits VAT or sales tax, and handles disputes. Prices on this site include VAT. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

4. Your responsibilities

• The host is responsible for telling guests that photos they upload go into the host’s album and may be seen by other guests (unless guest viewing is off), and for obtaining any consent required where the event takes place.
• Keep the host link private. Anyone with it can view, hide, delete and download the album. If it leaks, email us and we will help.
• Download your ZIP before the deletion date. We keep no copies after deletion.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is sexual, violent or hateful. Do not use the service to distribute anything other than photos of the event. Guests may report a photo; we may hide or delete content and, in serious cases, close an album without refund.

6. Availability and liability

We run the service on reputable infrastructure (Vercel, Stripe, Resend) but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Guests should keep their own photos; the album is a convenient collection, not a backup. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the album.

7. Refunds

8. Privacy

See the privacy policy. In short: we store the host’s email and order reference, the event name and date, and the uploaded photos; nothing is sold or used for advertising.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms in force when you bought apply to your album. Slovenian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
